Vendor Donation

We request vendors make a donation of 15% of total event sales to Vasa Park. Vendors must submit an initital deposit of $10 per 10x10 space in order to reserve their market space, nonrefundable after October 15. This amount should be deducted from your total doantion amount, at the end of the event. Approved vendors will receive an email with a link to submit their initital deposit. You are not officially approved until your deposit has been received. We believe this arrangement makes our event accessible to independent sellers while also supporting the park's ground maintenance efforts and ongoing community events.

Please keep a record of your total sales for the day. After the market closes at 5pm you may then provide your 15% via provided donation link, or cash. Remeber to deduct your initial deposit! A week before the event you will receive an email with the vendor map and specific donation instructions.

Please allow for adequate walking space along the vendor rows so patrons can move around and shop with ease and comfort. An event volunteer will be inspecting all stalls for proper safety and weighted ties. Please be courteous to your vendor neighbors and those set up around you. A vendor map will be finalized and emailed to you prior to the event and event staff will also have a printed copy on site during setup.

Tables, Chairs, Tents & Electricity

Unless you have already confirmed with the event staff for a special request, the park is unable to provide tables, chairs or tents for vendors. Please plan accordingly the needs for your particular booth. Electricity is not available in the park grounds, you must bring your own power supply. Vendor stalls must be PROPERLY tied down and weighted. An event volunteer will be inspecting all stalls.
