Space & Safety
The spaces will be approximately 10'x10' but we are in an open field so there may be some wiggle room. Spaces will be assigned, but make friends with your neighbors and feel free to spread out a little if space allows. Please allow for adequate walking space along the vendor rows so patrons can move around and shop with ease and comfort. An event volunteer will be inspecting all stalls for proper safety and weighted ties. Please be courteous to your vendor neighbors and those set up around you. A vendor map will be finalized and emailed to you prior to the event and event staff will also have a printed copy on site during setup.
Tables, Chairs, Tents & Electricity
Unless you have already confirmed with the event staff for a special request, the park is unable to provide tables, chairs or tents for vendors. Please plan accordingly the needs for your particular booth. Electricity is not available in the park grounds, you must bring your own power supply. Vendor stalls must be PROPERLY tied down and weighted. An event volunteer will be inspecting all stalls.
